Julian Jackson would have to be #1 on the any discussion of p4p power. At 154 and 160 he hit like a heavyweight with either hand.

Yeah that's because of all the glove shaving that goes on in BritainJust kidding I've never seen that in Britain ftr.
Bailey deserves a mention as does Roman Gonzalez and Johnny Gonzalez who presently still fight.
