You can't be this wishy washy with Allies, you CAN'T it is fucking idiotic. You don't want war then don't go in, but once you're in a war fucking be in it to WIN! You just can't be so fucking half assed with people who need our help, their lives are in danger due to our being there regardless of what got us to that point so either we own up to our word and help or we head home and try to block out shit like this.....

But hey you know Go Team Obama!
Why split hairs between parties? They are all systematic murdering cunts the lot of them.
Why stick up for any of them, fuck their sides and their stupid political games.
Because 1 party hates America and the other doesn't
Is the party the one who invaded Iraq on a pack of lies they made up, got seven thousand American troops sent home in bodybags and thirty thousand seriously wounded and cost the country three trillion dollars only to put Iran -- the central bankers of terrorism -- in power in Iraq the party who hates America? Not to mention precipitating the current situation. It would seem that way, no?

Very sound advice. If one wants these wars, then sign up for them and orchestrate them, but Lyle doesn't want any of that. I think most people are against war because they know the horror that it causes on both sides and these days the lies that the war starters are typically using to justify war. Only sociopaths shield themselves from the horror and lies whilst urging it on. The rest sign up because there are no prospects back home. 'Saddam had to go' is one we constantly hear, but these other people stay home, argue that they need their guns, and yet tolerate Bush and Obama, but Saddam had to go? It's an argument that makes no sense. Saddam did not try to change 4 dozen regimes since WW2. They have all these guns, but do nothing about the real global tyranny.

Its a lost cause. Just let them have at it. Its a cultural/tribal war that has went on long before Iraq ever became a country err puppet.

Doing the same thing over and over and over again and expecting different results is not reason, its the very definition of insanity.

No he didn't. The withdrawl of all American forces by the end of 2012 was a signed and sealed deal before he took office. That's another of those inconvenient "facts" that you refuse to accept.

You and I both know that these people could care less who the President is or what banner they wear. These people murder and kill their neighbours and then fry their dicks for supper.

Its time to just let the barbarians sort it out. The press should not even report on this shit and turn the cameras off and then check in after a few decades. Its almost physical proof for perpetual motion.

Democracy simply cannot be forced down peoples throats. We cant even sort out what it means in our own countries. Its not a solution for every political problem and is simply unacceptable for certain societies. We need to stay out of it period and wash our hands of it. Their system has not changed in 5000 years. The even emigrate to our countries to escape it and then attempt to embrace it.

I have to agree. It always made me laugh when people got on their high horse and started babbling about "ya know, they're only violent because Americans stuck their nose in their business, yankee imperialists, yadda yadda".

These savages are murdering their own people over there by the thousands. And you have affiliated groups like the Boko Haram kidnapping children and slaughtering their own innocent people by the thousands in Africa.

These groups need to be dealt with with brute force.

I agree to an extent and here's why we're (the Western nations) having trouble with the Middle East

When I say brute force, I mean BRUTE force. No R.O.E's, just a brutal fight to the finish.

They're not an army mate, they're an insurgency. Send hundreds of thousands of troops over there and they just melt into the civilian population.

They tried your option in Vietnam and took out three million civilians and still lost. This is a huge problem but military force as your only weapon is not the answer. It's sending hundreds of thousands of troops into Iraq in 2003 that created ISIS and these Sunni rebel groups in the first place.

Well exactly but these people probably done even know who the likes of Socrates, Plato or Aristotle are. The concept of "reason" cannot even be a starting point in this eternal nightmare. I mean according to them, its our REASON that makes us weak and enemies of Islam and therefore God.
This has been the case since time and memorial. Its simply not going to change and the grandchildren of your grandchildren are going to be having this same conversation while we in the West continue to send in armies and play musical leaders.

Through all of the advancements in science and technology, justice and ethics since the industrial revolution we still have men in some of these countries that take dumps in pails and then poke around it looking for the rebirth of Muhammad. Western arrogance that we are going to somehow enlighten them is certifiable to the point of rivaling the very insanity we continue to try and fix.

Imagine a scientist in a lab repeating the same experiment for 75 years and expecting different results? Reasonable?

You know El I've actually considered a rather extreme thought..........Nuke the works. I thought about Truman's reasoning. By doing so we end the insanity that will not ever end and it most likely saves more lives in the long run. To bad its not an island. To bad all of our situational friends(western friendly barbarians) live so close. To bad about all that dead animal and plant life that resides so close to the surface.

So my conclusion remains. Let them sort it out or their brothers in the area.
