They are dieing off from what I saw on a documentary. They think its a bug in their gut and they think its because of too much spraying of chemicals that have weakened their natural immune systems. Thats their best guess so far. Chinas pear region pays people to stand on ladders and pollinate the trees thats how serious it got over there they had no bees left not sure if they've introduced some now I imagine they would try.From memory the sth African bees are doing ok but others are dieing off fast.

there used to be loads of the fuckers on the streets at night, virtually every time I went out of the house at night there was a hedgehog knocking about
