    Roy 'Tiger' Williams

He was the one who taught Muhammad to use the Ropes, while they were
    training in Zaire.

Roy was 'lumping' up Muhammad on a routine basis. He told Muhammad to just
rest on the Ropes, and let the big galoot punch himself out.

Roy never got the deserved credit.

Telling someone to take Foremans punches versus doing it are two different levels of credit. In interviews after the fight Foreman said he was afraid he was going to kill Ali and he never hit anyone harder. There is a great documentary about the affair I think it's called when we were kings or something to that effect. One of my favourite boxing documentaries

What is it to be then? You said earlier in the thread that it was a fixed fight and now you are suggesting that Ali's, "tactics" even if borrowed or learned, were credit worthy?

It was 'fixed' and Roy taught Muhammad.

It can be both, as Muhammad went both ways.
