Last night's Showtime card was God awful and would force a confession out of just about any terrorist. 32 rounds of sheer tedium. Ugh. Meanwhile, Jhonny G and Arce are burning things up in Mexico and we don't get to see that.

I dunno man, did you see the Nelson v Vanes fight That was a solid give and take scrap. Arce took a one way beating and was hardly in it at all. Now Barthelemy, that was a horrid bore snore

OK Points taken but the Arce fight had some human drama that I would have liked to witness.

And Jhonny carried him because they are close friends and did not want to ice him in front of his family and friends. Some soulful stuff there. I saw the video. It was moving. God bless both of them.

John Ruiz vs Hasim Rahman made me want to cry because it was so boring. No combinations at all, unsightly grappling, and Rahman refusing to let his hands go. I can't think of s fight that was ever less exciting. Ishe smith is s good call though, cause he is unsightly as well. I can at least appreciate Lara's skill n footwork...
