I'm not a fan of Floyd the man, because he's shown himself to be a thug, a bully, a woman beater, ect.

When you look at virtuosos in any field, they are usually insufferable pricks behind the scenes. A lot of times the fire that makes certain people become masters at their art, also makes them not so great people personally. So I think you have to separate the man from the art.

Especially in boxing. There's a documentary on Sugar Ray Robinson out there that goes into how he was behind the scenes, and he was a nightmare. His own children were interviewed and talked about how Ray would beat the hell out of his wife, beat his kids, cheat on his wife, not spend time with his kids, ect. Went into how big of a prima donna he was, how he had a paid entourage following him everywhere (including a midget jester to make him laugh when he was feeling down). The guy was probably even worse than Floyd.

Lets not get carried away here.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.

    Its true.

Sugar ray robinson was a c@nt..outside the ring.

Theres no excuse to lay your hand on a women and it makes me sick that men like this have to do this..they should follow ali"s behaviour outside the ring or even our current heavyweight champion from ukraine who seems like a great guy outside the ring.
