Jms, its something ive been very aware of for a number of years, the stress thing. I honesty wouldn't be surprised if that number was higher. Some muscles get overused, some never get used, people do the same shit every day and never grow.
Main cause for that is eyesight believe it or not. More i look into it the more obvious it becomes, excuse the pun
. It was explained to me years ago by a friend, who was head of osteopathy at Harvard, knew what he was talking about.
Pain lasts a only a minute, but the memory will last forever....
