I honesty wouldn't be surprised if that number was higher. Some muscles get overused, some never get used, people do the same shit every day and never grow.
Main cause for that is eyesight believe it or not. More i look into it the more obvious it becomes, excuse the pun . It was explained to me years ago by a friend, who was head of osteopathy at Harvard, knew what he was talking about.

I understand that. What makes it clear is when I go shooting a pistol. I am right handed, but left eye dominant. In trying to shoot that way, I can feel my body being misaligned; I had to teach myself to shoot left handed, and it was very easy.

Greys us lefthanders suffer . But it gets worse running tracks are anti clockwise. we dont stand a chance. Problem being Gait through the dominant side. Once that alters the hip mechanics all mechanics suffer, everything in the support chain is involved the body works all or nothing, doesnt matter which side is dominant, its going to get you eventually.

Definitely after road work we should be stretching out our spines as best as possible, at the end of each general day too hey?

Problem is alinement of structure, because of the dominant side. Most neurological problems start at the brain stem and top 3 vertebra, because of bad alinement in the body usually caused by bad hip structure. Body works all or nothing one thing out, its all out, sounds like a strike

Striking thats what we do,to move. we strike whats underneath us to move. Been working on an idea for some time, the idea is for whats underneath us for us to move it, instead of it moving us. Works wonders.
