Now I like better what I am hearing Bill.
Except now the bench mark is different. Now your claiming Shavers is "lb for lb" the hardest puncher of all time.
I don't necessarily agree with that either! I think Tyson hit way WAY harder than Shavers and can't really see any way it could be otherwise. Shavers didn't LOOK like he hit harder than Tyson.
But in any case, this is a lot better than saying he hit harder than someone like Stiverne for instance, who would shake Shavers best punch off as if it were nothing and then knock his head off into the cheap seats immediately after LOL

I stated that Earnie was one of the Top 5 'hardest hitters' based on
his size and mass.
By using 'quantom mechanics' coupled with torque, equals mass force.
Earnie is right up there.
Earnie was a big puncher for sure. He was a farm boy. Chopping trees and throwing barrels of hay made him strong as an ox.
David Lemieux = Future MW Champ and P4P King
Yeah Earnie was a hard puncher for sure.
Tommy Morrison, LEnnox Lewis, Mike Tyson, Geroge Foreman, Samuel Peter, David Tua, Hasim Rahman, Bermane Stiverne, Deontay Wilder, Razor Ruddock, Michael Grant, Chris Arreola, Henry Akinwande.
Those are a small selection of REALLY hard punchers as per recent HW standards. They smash the lights out of GOOD opponents. And HEAVY opponents.
A good question is could Earnie Shavers hit harder than David Haye!?
