Therefore they prove me correct that the welterweight division is stronger than heavyweight. You can't deny that otherwise Fury's ranking is utterly meaningless. Fact.
Ok the Welterweight division is more competative where no one is really much better than the rest I agree with you.

My whole point of starting posting in this pointless thread is to point out the blatantly obvious that Tyson is better than Brook as is backed up by indipendant rankings and makes a mockery of all your bitter biased opinions.
Before the Wlad fight Fury was higher in the rankings? Was Wlad better then Fury all the way until he lost to him? The boxrec rankings mean fuck all. Sure they dont have Gonzalez or Inoue in their top 20
To be the best you have to beat the best which in Britain Tyson is the only fighter to do so.

Yup and oddly enough, he's the first English lightweight champion in boxing history

Fighter of the year isnt for the best fighter. Its the fighter who achieved the most and I agree with it being Fury.

I don't know who the 'worst' is, that's a bit of as silly question when you are talking about world title holders, albeit mainly those of the Alphabet Boys.

As for the best, I'd go for Kell Brook, who has looked bit, fit and solid for a few years now. I think he'd be very competitive against any of the other title holders in his weight class. Also, he waited a long time for his title shot, being neatly avoided for years. He has also been tested, has shown chin and heart and seems to be to be the real deal.

Fury's accomplishment was excellent, and he deserved to win by more than the judges thought. He used his size well, bullied and intimidated the uber-bully and was very awkward and elusive. However, Wlad was truly awful that night. Fury has also been a little inconsistent in the past couple of years, especially with his fitness.

Frampton looks awesome going forward to chopping people, down, but he has not yet been truly tested and he was very nearly embarrassed in his last fight by a nobody ..... a bit like his mentor was by Stevie Cruz in Vegas all those years ago

Fair play Ross, the guy is complimentary as fuck about Fury and you pick up on half a sentence and get all pissy. Fury's weight has fluctuated all over the shop , which is probably expected for a guy his size, but he hasn't looked a model athlete every fight has he ?
Just because , in his opinion , Fury isn't the second coming of Christ, you start with your fucking rolling eyes bollocks. CLOWN!!!

Are you telling me that Fury has been as fit in every fight he's had as he was in the Klit fight?

When has he ever struggled with fitness?

I hope your not just judging people on homoerotic body shape, on which boxer gives you the biggest stiffy!

Maybe you should start a thread on Britains sexiest world champions then you can put Fury at the bottom to your hearts conent but you cannot fault his fitness. He doesnt slow down over the distance and never has!

Trust me, it's nothing to do with looking ripped. But if you think the Fury that fought McDermott or the Fury that was blowing out of his ass leaning all over Cunningham is as fit as the Fury that beat Wlad, you're more stupid than I thought!
Fury himself has alluded to the fact that he's never trained correctly up till now. He's also said about how he has to lose up to 7 STONE when he goes into camp.
Nothing to do with looking in shape, but no way can a 23/24 stone guy be as fit as when he is 17/18 Stone.
Now you've done what you always do and try to hijack a thread to talk about your bum chum, until I come along and put you in your place.

Ross, mate, I have a view. You have a different view. That's fine.

You don't have to try and change my view, and I don't have to try and change your view.

Oh, and thanks, I might have a day off tomorrow. Thanks for giving me permission
