Any douche bag who goes around spray painting and defacing should be forced to do community service, take a 90-day sensitivity and awareness class, be forced to study history and watch documentaries on relevant historical phenomena, be forced to pay for the financial damage done via spray painting/defacing, and then serve a maximum of 14 days behind bars.
