Look what happened last time a GOP prez did it. You ended up handing out nearly twelve trillion dollars in bailouts, secret loans and loan guarantees. Luckily you had a sensible Fed chairman who managed to steer the system through the worst of the crisis. By the time we have the next crisis there'll be a Trump pick running the show. That could spell absolute disaster -- too much to go into but it really could mean let's say another twelve plus trillion which next time won't be paid back and a second multitrillion bailout needed on top of that.

So just Trump deregulating Wall Street is a disqualifier. Imagine he does a reasonable job over eight years and is leaving office having done well but then the financial system collapses like the last Bush 43 months in 2008. It would be a really dangerous situation financially, politically and for the survival of a democratic republic.
So you make a great deal of money, or so you say, and you'd like a Socialist to run the United States of America? And who did you support in England? Corbyn?

If Trump was going to deregulate Wall Street soooooo dangerously much then why did Wall Street money back Hillary? Or am I not supposed to ask that question? Are THOSE Wall Street fat cats looking long term? Are we to believe that they are the only ones who are thinking clearly? For some reason I don't buy it Kirkland, you can't tell me that the system is greedy and corrupt but then there are some who are only a 5.5 out of 10 corrupt and they "saw the light" and backed Hillary because she was going to be better in the end.

And you thought Sanders would have accomplished anything positive? You're out of your mind. See how Socialism is totally rocking it right now in Venezuela? People can't even buy toilet paper there. Oh but that would never happen in America because? (and there's the part where you explain why Socialism needs to be tried in America and you say why it wouldn't ruin the entire nation the way it has ruined every other nation that has tried it)
Bernie isn't a socialist. With Bernie you're not going to get a centrally planned economy, you're just going to get things dialled back a little bit. Higher taxes on the wealthy, properly regulated financial system and corporations and so on. Basically turn the clock back to where America was in the 1960s. No central planning like Venezuela which is a banana republic with oil. Whoever is running Venezuela does the same thing. When the oil price is hight previous governments looted the country on behald of the twenty families who own the country. When Chavez took over the oil price had crashed and the country was in the same situation it was noe, 3000+% inflation and mass unemployment. Only thing Chavez and successors did differently was give all the oil money to the people instead of twenty familiees.

Wall Street overwhelmingly backed Hillary because she was favourite to win. But Wall Street also backed Trump and now the next at least four years are going to be a gigantic bonanza for the financial industry. Remember Fannie and Freddie? Would you like to own a piece of a ten trillion mortgage business and be given it for free? Watch what happens to those two firms in the next couple of years.

Trump is going to deregulate the American financial system back to 2006. It's only a matter of time now until another financial crisis. And when it happens we'll discover it was Obama's fault. That's just a wild fucking guess like.
