Makes absolute sense for Jack to swallow it and do the rematch at the same weight and in the UK where both fighters would earn 2-3 times more.

Not "absolute sense", it makes zero sense. You said it yourself "that both fighters have fuck all market value". A fight there would make more but your numbers are way off. Jack is struggling to make weight, compromising himself as a fighter. And he's been jobbed twice in a row. You think he should damage himself more AND put himself in a situation where he is MORE likely to be jobbed again. Makes no sense.

Jack beat him up, it is Degale that needs redemption. If Degale wants it he will have to sacrifice at least one of the issues weight/location.

Jack is moving up to 175 so that's that as far as a rematch goes. Smith will fight Dirrell for the vacant title and if he wins there'll be a big UK unification fight. De Gale will take a while to come back from the broken nose and will have a nice easy keep busy fight in the UK waiting for Smith to beat Dirrell. Probably.
