It would be nice, start out with a 30-30 leave 40% up for grabs if it's a draw then 50-50 if it's a decision 60-40 and if it's a KO 70-30....wouldn't be horrible to test that out especially with undercard bouts first.
Great idea, only problem is you get so many dodgy decisions that it'd never work out, one boxer clearly wins the fight, the home judges give it the other way, not only does the (flase) winner keep his 0 but he also gets the lions share of the money

there is too much scrutiny on judges from fans for that idea to ever work, in a perfect world then yeah definitely it would be great.

Perhaps the crowd would more accurately judge the fight? IDK something outrageous like that might need to happen in boxing

so what you are saying is that the fighter with the biggest fan base who sells the most tickets wins every time?

I could just see Eubank Jr on Twitter now, ''whoever buys tickets and votes for me gets 10% off my next PPV event which is being broadcast exclusively on BBC radio 4''

    That's worse than crooked judges?

Could make it 70/30 to the winner by knockout only. Otherwise 50-50.I know I know then we'd get one crying about a premature stoppage if they lost.
