Seems like everyone but you has a chip on their shoulder. You are just reading an inference that is not there and then getting in a tizzy about it. Which is quite ironic.

Oh hi, welcome to the fray.
Took you about 30 seconds to throw your punches.
Getting a little slow in your old age, there.

Word of advice.
If you don't bother to read the entire context, stay out of it.
I realize it's like pissing in the wind, but there's hoping.
Two of my favourite posters at each others throat, come on lads let's have a truce?
There is absolutely no malice, anger or any of that rubbish in my post. "throw my punches"? Honestly Tito you really have got the wrong end of the stick. Please do me a favour and go back and read the post which you accused smashup of being defensive in?

Was he being defensive ? Absolutely not, not even slightly

I repeat again you are reading anger were it is not present

not even slightly

I'm gonna throw the possibility out there that this may be a language/ cultural thing.

Over here... when you make a couple of statements and follow that up with "Do you have a problem with that?"...... that is normally considered being defensive. Maybe over there it isn't. Also, written words have the disadvantage of not having the voice inflection that can make all the difference.

But back to MY original post. Smashup incorrectly inferred that I had a problem with Ross being banned. A bit laughable if you think about it... as Ross and I rarely engage except to disagree about Fury, Cotto, or any other assorted subjects.

If you go back even further than that, I bumped this old thread to make a few points, but none of them were expressed in an angry fashion. Again... maybe it's a cultural thing, but it seems I have a different idea of what "angry" is from you and smashup.

Am I disappointed that vidgil is gone? Sure. He started off as a very nice poster, but got in tussles with you, and paid the price. It doesn't help that he vented his anger in a general way, making it easier to get rid of him. He was a pretty good dude with a pretty good sense of humor. Maybe not cut off the same mold as the majority here, but again diversity is good for the forum.

I'm still shaking my head, though not surprised in the least bit, how you came charging in.... first thing when you got on.... to join a mild fracas obviously taking the other guy's side. You didn't even need to know what it was all about. It's just not a very mature thing to do, IMHO.
