YOu going on like you are the judge and jury combines, or you saying that that man who was stopped has the right to deem himself judge and jury and can therefore say FUCK OFF FUCK YOU to the cops demands, YOU ARE THE ONE WHO IS NUTS.

BECAUSE THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE SAYING BUT YOU FAIL TO SEE IT OR ADDRESS IT.
You just don't understand the criminal justice system or basic responsibility do you ? The Policeman is neither Judge nor Jury either. He or she is a public servant not an authority that can make unreasonable demands of a citizen. You have twisted everything around in order to justify somebody acting more like a thug than the guy he and you are casting as a criminal.
the only thing twisted is your knickers right up, mate, in a right old twist. The cop has the PRECEDENCE over the jaywalker. The cop cites him for jaywalking, you gotta go with the cop there, he knows the ordinances, whereas ordinary citizens do not know the ordinances. I believe him if he wants to enforce the jaywalking law at that time well oh fucking well HELL there aint much a WANNABE WEEKEND WARRIOR can do about it. Its the luck of the draw. I seen countless go thru a particular red light with no consequences but one day BOOM a cop will be there and decide WELL HELL that fucker just went thru a red light so BOOM, TICKET, SUMMONS, COURT DATE, you are not the fucking judge & jury mate, the cop is the LAW ENFORCER, not the sheep shagging cocksucking citizen, who knows FUCK ALL about ordinances and violations.

@Gandalf at the very least you gotta comply with an officer who is saying "hey, sir, stop right there, I need to check you out", beanz ol boy you cannot get much luck out of "Fuck you, pig, Im innocent, Im black, Im a victim of racism, I will not comply".

I never said I or the citizen was judge and jury, that is a position you have backed yourself into. You think you are the expert on everything. How many case files have you had to prepare? How many exhibits have you had to request? How many judges bundles have you had to check? How many courtrooms have you had to serve? How many police have you had to deal with on a daily basis? Way too full of yourself and assuming things of others whom you know nothing about.

mate you and Gandalf are deliberately evading my very excellent questions. If you can just address the questions maybe we can debate the issues instead of asking me if I have ever worked in a courtroom before.

Question number one. Do you agree that an officer of the law is usually much more knowledgeable of who may or may not be a suspect at any particular moment due to police communication over the radios in there police cars and also of laws and ordinances, etc. than an average everyday citizen walking across a street?

This does not mean that police officers cannot exaggerate or been the law to meet their whimsical desires at any given moment but shall we only think negatively and pessimistically at every given moment about officers of the law? I believe we should give them the first benefit of the doubt and that if they tell somebody to please stop that that person should comply whether or not that person decides to adjudicate all by their Lonesome selves whether or not that police officer has any right to be asking them to stop.... let alone with a horrible disrespectful non compliant attitude to boot.

Doesn't matter how personally innocent you opine yourself to be..... we are not the judges & the Jurie's. Over the past 15 years people have taken it upon themselves to think they can tell law enforcement what to do. It is just an extension of that ridiculous sense of self entitlement.... it doesn't matter how personally innocent you o pine yourself to be or you a dJudicate yourself to be in your own mind.

The person in charge in that moment is the officer of the law who has the right to ask you (if he has reason, and it is not up to you to decide if he has reason) to please stop. Any law abiding citizen would simply comply with that knowing full well that they are innocent and that he will find nothing. But the moment you start walking away and saying f*** you f*** you get out of my face you have no reason to stop me f*** you that is when the problem enSues.

You and Gandalf once again have done a master flea British performance here and you have awaited the questions very clearly if you were walking in the street in an officer said excuse me could you come here for a moment are you both telling me and it is funny how you have not answer this question yet are you both telling me you would say f*** you I am in a sent you have no reason to stop me f*** you and then if the officers says if you do not stop right now I will take you down are you both still telling me that you would continue to walk away and say sorry you're not going to take me down because I have done nothing wrong? Why would you let it Escalade to that point? Only someone who is hiding something or someone with an attitude problem with someone was looking for trouble would let it escalate to that point? It's certainly brings doubt into the officers mind about what this person has to hide or why they're being so defensive cops were getting blown away left and right these days by people just hunting them down or calling 911 and then am pushing them when they arrive at the scene of a 911 call. Remember in this country lots of people carry guns the cops are on edge here

If the cop had just body-slammed him to the ground and put the cuffs on him, he would've been justified. Only a masochist in this day and age continues to walk and evade a cop's point-blank orders. But 20 punches to head, in an obvious blind rage, is inexcusable and equals assault and battery. Lawsuit and prison are the only effective messages to send here.

I agree IF HE PUNCHED HIM FOR NO REASON.

As he took him down you can see he was still struggling and resisting.

I guess we'll just agree to disagree.

He's got no business wearing a badge.
