Do you agree that an officer of the law is usually much more knowledgeable of who may or may not be a suspect at any particular moment due to police communication over the radios in there police cars and also of laws and ordinances, etc. than an average everyday citizen walking across a street?

This does not mean that police officers cannot exaggerate or been the law to meet their whimsical desires at any given moment but shall we only think negatively and pessimistically at every given moment about officers of the law? I believe we should give them the first benefit of the doubt and that if they tell somebody to please stop that that person should comply whether or not that person decides to adjudicate all by their Lonesome selves whether or not that police officer has any right to be asking them to stop.... let alone with a horrible disrespectful non compliant attitude to boot.
