Terrorist (noun) - a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.


So that would mean James Hodgkinson = Terrorist, Darren Osborne = murderer.....UNLESS you consider Muslims a political group OR you consider the attack politically motivated rather than a revenge attack and I wouldn't be the person to ask about that because I'm not Darren Osbourne or his lawyer.

I will say this, it won't matter if everyone labels Darren Osbourne a terrorist the British government have proven how fucking weak they are at dealing with their ilk.
