Oscar and Hopkins opinions can not count.

Hopkins and DLH had Canelo winning? Priceless!

How can so many "experts" be wrong, Imp?
You, Brock, Gamo, Yjfjghfkfhgh and two of Canelo's promoters. Three trolls, two bullshit merchants on the payroll and you.![]()
3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.

Imp has never forgiven GGG for not moving up weight and fighting his favourite fighter Andre Ward.
It burns inside of him so much that he wanted Canelo to win.

That made me chuckle..lol
Listen, I just want both cases to be justified.
Ward was at 168 when GGG refused to step up and fight him..Ward stepped up and beat the bogeyman in Kovalev.
Canelo was at 154 and stepped up (finally) to fight GGG..I felt the better power punches and ringmanship won him the fight on a very close fight.
Both Ward and Canelo stepped up to fight the best in the divison and should be given the props they deserve..yet GGG has never done this but gets praise for beating smaller guys (excluding Jacobs).
I like GGG and Canelo but please accept the fact that Canelo stepped up to 160 (not what he weighs on fight night) and he has nothing to do with the judge at ringside...he took all GGG best shots and took him the distance AND made GGG miss so many power shots with his improved defence.
Why are fighters not rewarded for making a fighter Miss..instead they are told the same story of being on their bike and running unless they conform to a rocky movie, roberto Duran, Gatti type fighter that takes punishment.
We all like a good fight but let's appreciate the art as well.

Ringmanship? Did Canelo put Golovkin where he wanted him to? No. The fighter dictating the fight was Golovkin. Just because GGG found it harder to breakdown Canelo compared to his many previous opponents you can not morph that into Alvarez dominating. This silly idea that Golvkin gets praise for beating up on smaller opponents is just bullshit. He is a middleweight fighting at middle weight, not catchweights skewed in his favour, and exactly when was he so much huger than his opponent even on fight? You are just extrapolating the logic that because Canelo often is much bigger than his opponent then the same must be true of GGG. It's just not the reality. It is quite clear when Floyd fights that even when he is fighting defensively he is the one in control. Canelo fought a great fight but he was the one responding . Even his ability to counterpunch off the ropes was severely compromised by Golvkins own work.
Credit where it is due. Canelo in spots was sublime and his experience shined through but he was the inferior fighter on the night. He could not halt Golvkin or throw him off his gameplan. He got tired of throwing that hook early which may have paid dividends down the stretch and he got reduced to fighting in spurts by the better man. It was a helluva fight soured by one judges card and the fact that Oscar and Hopkins are the only two backing up the card lets you know the fix is in. Not only was it a terrible score card but nobody even had it as a draw. It was a Golovkin win by any measure, whatever style you like or don't like.

GGG should not be penalised for not moving up in weight. Hagler stayed at middleweight and dominated smaller opponents too but built a great legacy.
