Cultural enrichment happens via people from those cultures, not merely the food.

True, but a society of just high IQ, high wealth and school standards is lacking the wide array of levels that humanity is made up of. You can't -- and wouldn't want -- a society of just high IQ, wealthy people. Creepy shit.
It takes all types to make the world go round.
Yes, more foreign taxi drivers, kebab shops and Sharia courts then. It is more diverse to invite in polygamy too, but it is more practical to bring in skilled efficient people who will actually add to an economy. If you do not have a skill then why would anyone want you? It is not creepy, it is practical.
Nobody is stopping the left from moving elsewhere to satiate their need for diversity. They can go to Bangladesh if they want, why turn London into Pakistan instead?
In fact where 70% of the populace wants far less immigration, not more, then why bring in anyone more at all? The public have had their fill of diversity.
I disagree. So much so that I started a thread just for that.
Do you have the data on that? I do have the data on what British people think on migration and you and Master are a tiny minority. Are the 70 odd percent who think it has gone too far racist too? I am surprised you do not flee to Pakistan to escape the horror of racist Britain.
It is not racist to say that British culture is under threat and that the party you two support wants more of it. A projected 3 million more in the next decade and 80% of kids born to migrants already.
It is an unnatural experiment.
And it is not offensive to turn London into a foreign city when 70% of the populace wants immigration to slow or stop? What about their feelings? That is what concerns me more.
I have never argued against sensible immigration that considers the interests of the local populace.
The policy is offensive to British people. Look at any poll. They are against it.
