Okay, Nigel with no qualifications and 3 years on the dole and with no affinity with Japanese culture should just go and live there because he wants to. I am sure the Japanese would lap up the diversity. The world does not function like the West, Frenchie. You can love everybody, but it is about what you can contribute and if you cannot then a country has no reason to have you.
Then culturally if there is a trend where the kids of immigrants have this thing about killing locals then it is just practical to rethink that a bit. Look at the prison population and how it is changing.
Nigel for all his flaws is quite harmless, he is just a tax drain, and 1950's style welfare would get him into work fairly quickly.
