I met Gandalf for some barbecue duck last week but all he did was bring a head of raw cabbage and GNAW on it like a rat.

For the weight you just have to be prepared to go without. I remember when I would skip meals and keep things simple weight would fall off. I was getting heavy for me at 82 kilos, didn't like it, so purposely became somewhat anorexic and lost a lot of weight. A bit mad though as I was then emaciated so had to put some back on. I keep it steady now and it doesn't take much to do.
I think not living in the West helps too. I am picky too, so I don't find it hard to avoid certain things. I avoid all bread products as they are pretty toxic. I worry about Master with his daily sandwich.

I think musculature has a lot to do with it. Who is more bulky will naturally be heavier at that height but who is more finely boned will easily be able to make that lower weight at that same height

I am a monstor so 195 pounds is doable for me at 5' 6" 1/2 but it's time to lose 15 kg IN A HURRY.

Right, I am more your Hearns, Paul Williams type. I do not carry a lot of bulk. I have built up with muscle, but have one of those long frames.
The UK average weight is 84 kilos and the average height is about 177cm. Now that is pretty unhealthy IMO as it means pretty much overweight.
I look at Calzaghe today and he is much heavier, but clearly not as healthy as when he was a fighter needing to be in shape. You see it in Hatton too. In retirement they have 'normalized' and it isn't particularly good and kind of reflects society at large.
Some people are in great shape, but many are not.

I do a full body check every year. According to my height and build I should be 77 kilos. They have optimum everything from your muscle mass, bone density, blood sugar, everything. I pay attention. Slightly above or below is of course normal too, but not 82, especially for me. At 82 I was getting heavier in the trunk and didn't feel good binge eating too much and periodic drink too. I stopped then got too light, as I was controlling too much, and am now at a controlled and stable 75 kilos having build back up incrementally. Still a bit light, but good for me and in truth I have never been heavy anyway. You burn 400 calories on an exercise bike for 30 minutes. In 2 hours almost a daily food intake. It's all about what you eat and how you burn it.
I have always had a good waistline. At 22, I had 32 inches, at 33 a terrible 36 though, and now back to a solid 33/34. It fits for me. I compare myself more to the traditional English physically. People today look bad and being heavy is normalized at it is't normal. But if everyone around you is heavy, then you think it is odd when someone is kind of standard.
My weight to height ratio is within a normal medically recommended range. Certainly in this part of the world. Nothing odd at work there.
