That's the crux of a lot of these arguments are they a platform or are they a publisher. If they're a platform then the thought is Free Speech applies, if they are a publisher then they're a business and can pick & choose. You see the same with Twitter & Facebook and this is the biggest issue of these companies. If you're a publisher you can be held accountable for what you publish, if you're a platform you're just allowing people a chance to express themselves.
