even with an injury & out for so long gary is too good for mark. can't wait for subriel v petros. first fight was really good. can the rematch repeat?

The Ice-man commeth should be his official intro now. Decent undercard makes the show imo. When I think Russell Jr..again top skill..but now it's just like rooting on a herd of turtles. Who keeps a title without fighting for 2 years .

Think Matias sharpens up and keeps his head no coin flip needed this time.

Gary lost. And I didn't see it as an upset. Out too long, inactivity. Dude began his journey in 2009? After Loma gave him his lost, IMO it seemd like Russell lost interest. So he comes back against an ancient J Gonzalez and tops it by fighting once a year since...2015?

    No upset here.

Pretty nice tripleheader all around in a New Year that badly needed one! Missed all but last round of Tug draw but Sakaria Lukas clearly screwed of a clean knockdown which would have given him the win. The ref was horrible in interview, complete denial. Subriel Matias very impressive once he got rolling. The guy was an inside combo buzzsaw and glad they pulled out Ananyan when they did. Guy was torn to shreds but huge heart.

Going to sound harsh but being a hibernation champ all caught up to Russell Jr and no one to blame but himself, hurt shoulder or not. In a way he reminded me of some of the younger divas today always talking about how they're owed everything and always ducked blah blah. On a side note his Fred flintstone trunks bugged me too. Fair play turning pot shot sniper with the left hand and soaking up some heat in the late rounds but in no way was that 114-114. Magsayo at times was frustratingly inactive mid rounds when he had all the size and pressure to bully and bang up Russell more. Can see Gary slipping right into training and be a great role for him.

sakaria should have been credited with that knockdown & taken the win. the ref was still denying it when shown. for me subriel has the most exciting offense around currently. gary stacked everything against himself, inactivity, injury, slight weight struggle, age & it all caught up. mark wasn't very impressive against a one armed fighter but he won wider than the scores suggested

Just saw the Subriel Matias fight and was pleased with what I saw. (NFL playoffs took precedence this weekend ).

Man... can Ananyan take a hell of a punch!

I'd like to stay up for the Gary Russell fight... but it's past 2 am here and you guys already said who won. I may go to bed.
