cuts are the big F*** all when sparring.. the worst thing is to get cut a few weeks before your match . same goes for bruised ribs. I went into a huge match once with torn cartilage on the ribs from a previous sparring injury .. thought I would be fine .. I never made a big deal about it, like so many fighters do, so many fighter get injured and run right to the press,, F****** snatch boxes the lot ! nothing worse then someone saying I broke this I broke that . Let the winner of the match enjoy his win, go home and mend up if need be,, in silence !
Even in training I'll try and keep it quite... only mention it to my coach unless people are getting the impression I am training like shite thru laziness...

Never go and on about it though... bad atmosphere in the gym... all of a sudden everybody has something wrong with them...
