post all your experiences with pain or anything you hurt or damaged while sparring
I have been sparring for 2 months but the worst thing that has happend to me was a bloody nose and a headace I am very affraid that one day one of my eye balls will get damaged or hit hard has anyone been hit directly on the eye ball here?
