Id go training and try to work through it , once you warm up you'll probably be ok anyway , though i wouldn't reccomend sparring if your not feeling at least 80% or so.Originally Posted by ThePlatinumBoy
The "aching" is called Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness, which is the soreness of the muscle from a previous workout , people do say that working through this can help you recover quicker next time.
