Well when you put in uppity infront of anything it makes people stop and think about it fr a second....I mean if you talked about uppity people in general I don't believe I would like them either.

This thread really got out of hand though so back on topic, Bernard Hopkins said something wrong, it's not the end of the world but if you're going to watch one group for saying similar broad sweeping statements about race then you have to watch them all.

Ive tried to point this out before, and the wounded idiginity of white folk is going to ignore it again
If you grew up around African Americans youd hear the phrase "white boy" but youd also here the phrase "brother"
Now if Calzaghe was from Philly and said,"There is no way Im losing to a brother",I highly doubt we'd hear a peep of this feigned indignance
You sure as hell didnt hear it going in to the most racially charged fight in the last 30 years,Holmes/Clooney
Mind you,it wasnt either of the principles who were fanning the fire
It was only the President of the United States Of America doing it

I doubt that, but you're free to feel that way.

I think the actions of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson tell you all you need to know....they have no white counterparts who do similar things

They don't have any white counterparts because white people haven't historically been an oppressed minority in America. In terms of stirring up conflict then they don't compare to people like Limbaugh and Savage who have much bigger audiences.

    Good one,dont forget Ann Coulter,Neil Boortz,Bill Orielly,The Klu Klux Klan,Aryan Nations,The Order,Christian Posse Comitatis,and Hannity
Actually it would really take a while to list all of the fanners of Supressed White Anger at having to give equal rights to people they feel superior to

I mean give credit where its due though

...I think what Limbaugh and Savage and their ilk do is a lot different than what Jackson and Sharpton do.

Jackson and Sharpton "play the race card" they extort money from legitimate businesses....it's not NASCAR's fault that black people don't like that sport and very few want to participate in it....they aren't banned from doing it though, there have been plenty of black drivers but I guess not enough for Jesse Jackson who burned them for $150,000....and Tawana Brawley was just ridiculous....but Al Sharpton got his spotlight and hasn't ever gotten tired of calling racism on EVERYTHING except for rap music.....sure Sharpton and Jackson talk about it a little bit but if they can extort money and bully sponsors why can't they do that to the rap industry

The KKK isn't a legitimate organization TM don't be a fucking smart ass you know God damned well that isn't what I am talking about.

    Really
This was Limbaugh proudly proclaimed himself as representing the "angry white male",and there was a stretch of highway being cleaned by the Klan.
Are you that naive that you dont know about the huge white Supremacist underground the 80's gave birth to?
For god sakes, they have their own music festivals, all over the country

White politicians "play the race card" to get elected and hit businesses up for vast sums of money but this doesn't bother you at all. Why are you holding black politicians to a higher standard than white politicians ?
