I LOVE HER VOICE & MUSIC.

For being British that fucken girls got Soul in her.... She writes her own music AND she can sign the shit out of Alicia Keys, Kelly Clarkson, Ashanti, Keysha Cole... Her musics got sooo many influences jazz, soul, s&b, band, orchestra I mean it's fresh and it's different from anything else out there.

*The song "You know I'm No Good" proves that. 'Love is a loosing game' proves that.

I'd fucken trade 10 rappers, 5 females singers and 5 male singers for 1 good and clean Amy.

The drugs have got the better part of her and shes about flushed her talent down the drain. Her performance at Grammys was fucken horrible and it reminded me of when Britney performed at the VMAs eventho she wasn't stable and ready. Amys people handled that wrong Amy had no business being on stage that day at Grammys.

cmon mick.. if you stray from the mainstream, you will find HUNDREDS of talented musicians.. The mainstream is full of fakes and sell outs, like the artists you mentioned.. To find good music nowadays you need to dig deep under the surface and find musicians who play music because that's what they want to do.. Not solely for the money and fame.. And i'm not taking anything away from musicians who "made it big" and earned their payday's, im talking about the American Idol fabricated artists.. It's like when people on the board make fun of the boxers coming from the Contender series.. They're on a reality TV show to gain exposure, and then they get their big paydays afterwards because of the show... it's a joke..


Call me close minded but from the very very very limited exposure to the radio/mtv i have, I have not fallen in love with a musician probably since radiohead in the early 90's.. But as i said i try to stay away from the radio cause it makes me angry more than anything else

I give Amy props for writing her own songs, but does she have an influence in the music that the band plays for her? I'd be interested to know.. I could be wrong, but chances are that she didn't say "i want this music as my background".. Normally the record label gets her the band and they try to create a musical background for her vocals.. and in her case, they have captured a number of fans.. hence the grammy's
