I'm not sure that it's dangerous I think it just causes gastric pains that actually feel like there's presure on the heart because the body temperature is up and it can't handle and gas or caffeine at the time...
You know, could yoiuu imagine drinking a botle of coke and going for a run...It just wouldn't work.

would adding a tablespoon of sugar to your protein shake actually help? cuz i heard it raises your insulin level thus raising your nutrient intake. would anyone recommend this?
