As has been stated on this board a million times, fighters are going to fight the opponent who brings them the most money. Floyd is fighting Oscar again because he is the opponent right now who brings Floyd the most money.
Once Floyd beats Oscar again, Oscar will be out of the equation. Once that happens, Cotto will be the opponent left who can bring Floyd the most money. Which is why Floyd will fight Cotto eventually, because at some point Cotto will be the opponent who can bring Floyd the most money. But he isn't that guy right now, because Oscar is still around.
Why can't people understand this? It's a very basic concept.
