I know Ricky has had some very tough fights over recent times and I for 1 as a Ricky Hatton fan would love to see the Ring light welterweight champ get in the ring with Witter, To me the WBC crown is the biggest title of all ranks, Its just a shame that Kostya tzsu did nt hold that title when Ricky beat him, so please come on Champ beat this guy like we all know you can.

Apparently, Hatton's camp is now saying Witter is pricing himself out of the fight by asking for 30%. Let me get this straight, Witter is the WBC Champion, Witter is the RING #2 in the division behind Ricky. And Witter doesn't deserve 30%? Are you fucking kidding me?

Which the reason Hatton should face Witter now. But no. Hatton wants to stall as long possible. When Witter loses speed and reflexes, Hatton will than jump at the chance to face him.

Why would Hatton take the pay cut to fight Witter? He's built a name for himself on both sides of the Atlantic and deserves the purse that goes with that. Worse still it would be even more than a pay cut, he's fought prestigious boxers from all over the world, why fight what would essentially be seen as a British domestic fight? It would look to the world that he fought a yank, got his ass kicked and ran off home because he couldn't fight the best on a world stage.

Witter's got way more to gain from this than Hatton.

Still I hope Hatton does fight him soon, hopefully after Malinaggi, and kick his ass.
