No, actually it's not all that matters.

They handed him the belt but took away the credit. So how is that a good thing? It's a tough fight to score and people have different views on the scoring. The only scores that matter are the judges.

Again, it's not like Marquez completely dominated or Pac was not in the fight like Casamayor was thoroughly dominated in his last fight. Which is the reason for VD's appearance on the thread to disagree.

It was a great close fight and the judges picked Pac so golden boy.......errr, ring mag has to suck it up and not try to downplay Pacs accomplishment.
SO you'd prefer the journos to LIE and pretend they scored the fight for Pac?

They don't have to lie about anything. Just hand over the belt with their mouths closed.
