Fuck! Wish I'd thought of that.. but I don't really have a problem with the Cotto-dodger like i do the Witter dodger

I reckon this was always going to happen now - the initial match though was too one sided for it to happen straight away

See my post from mid December about a chat I had with a guy on the flight over to Vegas (a non-gay chat of course)

They just need Hatton to beat Lacazno (or whatever he is called) and then Malignaggi to establish himself again - as said they also have the excuse of the referee business.

They can sell out wembley no problem - which could be what ? £75 for the cheap seats ??

Money talks - though I don't see a different outcome in what would be Hatton's last fight...

Only Lacazno, Malignaggi, DLH or The Big Show can ctop it now
Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate

If it does happen I got money that Steve Smoger gets picked to ref it.

Well a rematch between Floyd vs Hatton , i think Hatton don't have nothing more to show , what they want another Big Purse , i think that going convert just in another game like ODLH vs Floyd......... That is if that happen......

Floyd wants the fight because there are a limited number of fights where he can earn huge money and this is one of them. I think it'll be an English ref, which means that Floyd is confident he can beat Hatton even if he's allowed to hold/maul etc.

Once Hatton sold fifty thousand tickets in five minutes to fight a never was this became an obvious earner for both guys.

I hope this fight doesn't happen. At least Floyd vs Oscar 1 was competitive, the Hatton fight was just an embarrasment.

I have to say that if Floyd does indeed fight Oscar and then signs for a Hatton rematch I will have to join Danny G in voicing for him to be stripped of his welterweight title.

Hatton brings nothing to the table whatsoever. He demonstrated emphatically last time out that he was in way over his head. The only good that will come of this fight is another amusing avatar for Violent D

I too would have to say that Floyd should be stripped of the WBC title if this fight came off...but it would damn sure be fun to watch Floyd kick his arse again just 30 minutes down the road from me

This is how I think Floyds last 4 matches should be before he ends his career (with this match in mind) :-

    Oscar

    Cotto \
Hatton/ (the order of these 2 are interchangeable, Hatton may make a nice warmup for Cotto)

    Pacquaio

Mayweather remains undefeated and fittingly beats the number 2 p4p fighter in the world to solidify his status as the best boxer of this generation. Sorted!

There you go, you are finally seeing the light.

Just like I said yesterday, and today, Floyd will fight Oscar, which will end in either a draw or a win for Oscar, which will then set up a more lucrative rubbermatch. But before the rubbermatch, Floyd will fight Hatton in the bigger arena, in order to get more money out ticket sales because of the arena size. He'll beat Hatton, and then fight Oscar again, in which they will hype it as the two best fighters, fighting for the last time. Then they will both retire, while laughing at all the suckers that bought into it.

gotta agree Judah, and Baldimir deserves a rematch before hatton... but hatton does bring something to the table and that is his fans and $$$$$$ hell his next fight supposedly sold thousands of tickets and if its not all to touts that is some feat for a mismatch but floyd vs hatton 2 would be a massive event in the UK but lets not kid ourselfs that its for anything other than money....

sure it would be great for Floyd to come to the UK but FFS floyd fight Cotto and Hatton fight Witter... whats wrong with these greedy bastards

Bit unfair seeing as Hatton was ahead on the cards until the knob of a ref deducted a point from an phantom 'illegal' punch.

    Agree on both points.
