I pick Malinaggi over Witter at 140...I even go 50/50 in a bout with him and Hatton.

Paulie has one of the best jaw's in the game and his movement is enough to give anyone fit's....He wouldn't stand still long enough for either to get in any volume of shot's off at one time...Hatton's hit and hold would not be that effective due to the fact Paulie would be hard to tie up...Witter would not out box him or take him out with power....

People tend to forget all about Paulie because he is not a big puncher....

Im basing it on who I thinks better . I suppose you can debate whos better based on achievements. Hattons had better wins and has done more but IMO Witter would win if they met so I rate him higher . Better speed , power , skills etc . Witter wouldnt have got knocked out vs Floyd and I think Witter overall is a better boxer than Ricky .

I dont like Witter but he does deserve his chance.

Ricky wont fight him because he said something nasty at sports personality of the year, wont fight him because he desnt want to give him a payday, hasnt done enough, isnt a big enough name........Its all getting very boring.

Ricky is affraid of losing to Witter, I dont doubt that for one minute. For those that say he cant be affraid, he just fought the best in the business above his prefered weight class, bollocks. That was a pretty much risk free assignment (always a risk climbing through the ropes, Im aware of that)

I like Ricky and want him to do well but the whole act is wearing thin.
