There are a couple of venues and we've got a group of guys, agreed on the training we will do

Well we all live quite close to the City. I'll be working so I'll be in the City Full time. We'll meet for roadwork in the mornings and for training after work. Plenty of facilities, I've got all the gear we need and weather permitting some beautiful runs and facilities.

I understand. Do you think it would be helpful to set out a schedule of tactics, strategies and ideas to be worked on, before each session?

We've recently started using this technique. I'm not sure how much it will help the less expierienced guys, but it definitely helps me personally.

Good luck with the bout if you're competing by the way too.
Thats not a bad idea.
The entire idea is to benefit from each others expieriences and varying backgrounds in the soprt, so thats right along my train of thought.
