Thank you guys for your suggestions. My arms are no longer aching but my abs/stomach is still painful from the sit-ups. Am going to the gym everyday and I think i have lost some weight already. I feel lighter now.

I felt dizzy though after my work out today. I think it's because of the oatmeal diet am having. I'm not really into oatmeal as I'm a rice person.

I think Big H is right. I should not be starving myself. Am really craving for food right now.Should I should tell my gym instructor that I will go easy on my dieting? He wants me to shed my fat immediately by eating food with no salt and NO TASTE. I can't stand it anymore.

I really need your help right now guys. I mean psychological help and suggestions.

Im telling you bro, dont try to pound it off, your not going to stick to it.Try some of the recipes I suggested and keep working out. You'll be fine if you do. And yes some trainers seem to almost get off on making you suffer. Sadism is alive and well in the gym. If you go back and look at those recipes I posted, they sound almost spartan, but I'll tell you what, they are to a one completely delicous. You can eat healthy, feel full, and lose weight if your working out

Yes bro. That's what I really want. Healthy and at the same time tasteful. I'll try your recipe. I'm also cooking my own food right now. Please do share more of your recipes if you still have some more.

Everday is a huge battle for me, because food is my outlet for every emotion and it is a HUGE addiction.

I think that there really is no cure it's just always gong to be this way, so what you/we need to do is make sure we eat enough, but just keep it balanced. If you eat a sensible balanced diet including all food groups (around 2000 cals per day) and go to the gym 4-5 times a week you WILL lose weight!! Fuckin hard though
Wow Big H. From 316 to 222. That's something. I'm really determined to go to the gym 6 times a week. No Sunday work out for me. Hope I can do what you did.

First goal is to lower my weight to 150 from 180. Will I be able to do it in a month's time?Is it possible?

Bruce if you're dizzy, try to take some milk in just after training.
Choclate milk is best as you replace some vital electrolytes just after your session.

Thank you Donny. Is it okay to drink milk when you're dieting? Is it normal to feel dizzy after a work out?

Not a prob, two hints, buy a nice cheap charcoal grill,it shunts the fat off without losing the flavor, and actually adds flavor to your meat. Marinading is your friend, though nothing like a bernaise sauce which has WAY too much fat, a Carribean Jerk sauce,or even A-1 is way better for you, avoid anything that has a high milk content as far as sauces go.
If you do have to cook your meat inside,go for broiling, and definitly pour the grease off, thats just fat,you dont need that in your diet, but definitly marinade, your meat will be more tender, and taste better for it
Also watch your cuts of meat,a high fat one may taste a little more tender, but dear god what its doing to you arteries, New York Strip Steaks are usually pretty lean. Fish is allways good,as is chicken(again on the grill) avoid pork like the plague, its allmost entirely fat,I like pork, but when we're in training Porky just came off the menu.

If you hadnt figured it out,we're a little anal about food content around here
I run a gym,and live with a boxer, and am raising a boy to boot, micromanaged would be a nice way of describing our diet. But gol dangit,Im not going to eat corn meal mush three times a day either

Usually it's better to drink low fat or skimmed milk as there is plenty of fat in milk, but I wouldn't worry just after the workout.

Dizzy spells show that the body has really exerted itself and struggled a little, i don't think it's too bad unlesss it starts to become a headache.

I'll definitely follow your suggestion bro. I'll buy a grill tomorrow first hour in the mall. I've bought some fish and chicken already for my protein need. I have yellow fin tuna for my fish.

Is it okay to drink milk or coffee with cream? I've been really wanting to drink coffee now.

Thanks for that clarification Donny. I don't have a headache. Am becoming okay now. I'll be drinking some hot lemonade now.

Sorry Donny. We call our "kalamansi" here as lemon. I don't know the English name for "kalamansi' I don't know if you have "kalamansi" in your place. It's a Philippine thing. You won't understand it.

Just a little bit is fine,Id recomend it,you need some calcium in your diet. A couple of pieces of low fat cheddar,or if your really dehydrated Blue,a little cream in your coffee, makes the world go round, and you not fall down.
Moderation is the key, like Ive been stressing, yes you need a little bit of all of the above, but you have to find ways to moderate your intake. Find alternatives, your base desires are, well lets face it,McDonalds has done very well catering to our base instincts. But that crap will kill you sooner then later\
Tuna and shark are totally well, theyre just totally, sorry tuna steaks off the grill if theyre marinaded right are to die for.
Again it allways comes back to eat,but pick and choose what you eat
