Thank you Donny. Is it okay to drink milk when you're dieting? Is it normal to feel dizzy after a work out?

Usually it's better to drink low fat or skimmed milk as there is plenty of fat in milk, but I wouldn't worry just after the workout.

Dizzy spells show that the body has really exerted itself and struggled a little, i don't think it's too bad unlesss it starts to become a headache.
