You can almost 100% rule that one out, low reward high risk fight, not likely at this point. Oscar will fight some huge name that will bring in the $$$ Verno Phillips is probably at the bottom of his list. I like Verno though if anyone deserves it, he does.
Yeah I agree probably won't happen but I'd like it to be Verno

I still think Mora is the best fight right now for Oscar. I here people say high risk no reward well if Oscar beats him he gets the WBC strap which is a big reward in the organization's eyes. It would be huge in CA for Oscar he wouldn't even get hurt against Mora seeing as the man doesn't posess any power. Then whatever Oscar says to fight again in December with the winner of Margarito Cotto fight. In both of those fight's Oscar will easily make more money than one fight with Mayweather and make the last exit.
Sounds sweet doesn't it I should be promoter.

Mora imo is only a good fight if it goes down like you describe bro..

He must then fight twice this year and perhaps we may even get the chance of seeing a cotto or margarito fight oscar for a strap at 154...

that interests me alot.. Because i like the idea of cotto becoming three wieght world champ..
