ya your posts will still go up if you post in here...I'm just talking training related stuff. If you have a look at some of the other logs people keep strictly about training you'll see it is a day to day or week to week thing.

Not saying don't post elsewhere...just talking about your training stuff.

I find it helps me look at my own training log and see how I am coming along and in whattime frame.

Good stuff Andrew sounds like one hell of a long workout, didn't realise you boxers trained so hard.


Also great that this guy is willing to invest so much time for free as well, sounds like a really nice bloke and someone you definitely want in your corner.

I hope it works out well for you mate, and like Youngblood says if you keep all your posts together we'll all be able to follow your progress better.

It might be a good idea to create a blog, it's easy to do and if you look at Sharla's profile she did much the same. An aspiring amatuer boxer she records her training in her blog section which keeps it all together.

I'll link you to her profile so you can see how she's done it.

Then you can keep a decent training record on here, even adding pictures and video's if you want.

I'm not sure if there's a post limit or not. If there is I imagine once you get to 100, another 20, all the options will open up to you.

But try it now. just click on your name and see if there's an option to create a blog
