To the people that say Hatton should be there and not Mijares:
When rating P4P it's NOT just about a record you have to also take into consideration "Quality of Opposition" and "Skills" (meaning the skills that the fighter has been displaying)

Exactly! Judging soley on records is totally misleading - and can be easily countered.

Which is why Miajres out points Hatton in a P4P basis.
Because he is more skilled then Hatton.
