A set of strong purpose made clothing.

After thinking about it a little more, if it isn't for fun purposes, the question in terms of practicality doesn't make much sense. If you get to choose the 3 things beforehand, then obviously you would know that you were on the way to desert island by yourself. I mean, who the hell would really do that.
