Pavlik vs Hopkins seriously being talked about for Oct 18th

Again its a crap fight plain and simple... No way Hopkins wins and if he does I'll have his ugly face as an avatar pic for a year.. Whats wrong with pavlik having a fight with a lively opponent

Then I would be interested to hear a list of possible opponents who would have a better shot at beating Pavlik than Bernard Hopkins.

I can only hope Hopkins gets sparked out.... I would rather see him in with a guy that will make a fight out of it... Hopkins wont and all of you know it, you all just being sentimental and tied to the romance of Hopkins of 5 years ago... This fight will be as exciting as a Zaheer Raheem or John Ruiz fight...

I agree with you, JT, there is far more entertaining fights for Pavlik, although I don't see Hopkins as a terrible fight (although totally predictable), simply because Pavlik will be matched with much worse (Gary Lockett jobs (gimmes))
