Nobody is twisting Pac's arm to fight ODLH. I can assure it will be biggest paycheck he will ever get so its all good. He knows what he's getting into. So don't just get upset with ODLH, get upset with Pac for taking the fight. He can simply say "No thanks" and walk away.
I have criticized DLH in the past because of the way he goes about choosing opponents and I heard a million stories in his defence.
You are not the only one. Around here, people praise Cotto and hate ODLH and Mayweather. That's just the way it is.
The Trinidad fight was a bad decision not a robbery....DLH should not have decided to go on his bike at the last part of the fight...
Daxx,
I think the decision to go on his bike WAS SMART. If he was clearly ahead on points and he decided to fight a la Mayweather, why not? It's like a basketball team who's far ahead on points and on the last few minutes decide to pass the ball around. Is it illegal? Not at all. Does it please the spectators? Not at all. But still, its their way to victory regardless of pleasing the fans. Oscar WON THAT FIGHT, too bad the judges reacted as spectators and not as judges.
Oscar De La Hoya fought nothing like Floyd Mayweather in those last few rounds with Felix Trinidad Oscar De La Hoya just run and wasn't punching when Floyd Mayweather is on the back foot he counters and atleast fights Oscar done nothing in those last few rounds except run and i had Felix Trinidad winning 3 rounds out of the first 9 rounds then he won the last 3 for certain making it 6-6 on my card one of the biggest myths in boxing is that Oscar De La Hoya vs Felix Trinidad was a robbery when it wasn't.
