Hi. I've been going to the boxing gym for about almost 2 months now. I recently changed my diet about a week ago. Just wanting to get advice on how everything looks. I'm 21 years old, weight 10 stone and height 5"7.
I go to the boxing gym on Monday or Tuesday and Thrusday evenings after work which is usually about 2 hours each evening.
Now i'm moving onto doing more training going to go to Monday, Tuesday and Thursday sessions. Going to switch between distance runs and HIIT on wednesday and saturdays. Friday i'll work on whatever I feel needs working on.
Old Diet
Morning - Cereal (Corn flakes) with semi-skimmed milk.
Noon - Cheese and ham sandwiches with margerine on white bread.
Evening - Whatever family cooked.
Drink - Varied from 1 to 3 cans of coke a day. Also throw in cups of tea.
New Diet
Morning - Porridge with banana
Late Morning - Cheese and ham sandwiches with margerine on whole-meal brown bread.
Mid Afternoon - Vegetable soup of some sort (Fresh kind not canned)
Evening - Whatever family cooked. (The food my parents cook is generally balanced. I can't really say anything specific because the meal changes everyday.)
Drink - No more than one cup of tea a day. Generally orange juice or water. 1 or two cans of coke during the week (If I do I increase the increase the intensity of my training).
