Are you doing push ups, pull ups and or lifting weights on top of the boxing?? This will affect how much protein, carbs calories etc. that you need to take in.

Thats good, the club sounds good for fitness.
But perhaps a little strength training on the side.
As Wesrman suggested, bodyweight exercises are fantastic.

I'm guessing it's the "divebomber" variation, sort of like a snake I guess.
The snake is a situp with a snaking motion added to it. Involves keeping your hands and feet planted while moving your head followed by your torso in a forward downward motion then going backup in an upward forward motion. Move your torso back to it's original position and start again. I'm no good at explaining things. So sorry if it doesn't make sense.
