    2. Hoya won't give the Philippines TV rights to Pacquiao

    3. Hoya wants Pacquiao to wear 10 oz. gloves for the fight

    4. Hoya realized that boxing fans didn't like the smaller Pacquiao as his opponent for his very last fight.

As for Manny Pacquiao, he will probably sit out for the rest of the year and will probably be back May or June next year.

    As I suspected....

That's not ODLH talking that's just PEOPLE talking.
The only people that have talkes are Schaffer & Arum but even them they don't know...

The 70-30 numbers are numbers someone in Team Pac is "assuming" will be the numbers ODLH puts up. That does not mean those are the numbers that will be presented.

The title of this thread is false and the info. is false.

ODLH is in PR and has not disscused not even a single word with anyone in regards to purses and or numbers. ODLH will arrive out here to LA, Tuesday mid afternoon to meet with Schaffer.

Just wanted to clarify a few things.

I had to neg rep you. They are still negotiating; the title of your thread is misleading.

I love how you capitalize PAC everytime. It's like the sheer enjoyment of seeing the guy's name just makes you want to scream it. PAC.

Anyways, this isn't true but I wish it was. There is no reason for this to happen.

Accuracy seems to be on a milk carton with this one....I certainly hope this fight does not get made and IMO it is almost comical when you think about this becoming a reality.I do not and can not deny DelaHoya's accomplishments and his due respect through career But I would very much like to see DLH JUST GET HIS FAIR WELL OVER WITH and exit stage left.If anything and maybe by default, his realistic "opponent" should be Margarito.Mayweathers top two title threats engaged in a sensational battle with Margarito emerging victorious.... Mayweather opted out of Rematch with Delahoya in a fight that frankly did not light fires of anticipation.

Manny should by no means sit out for that long.He is within his fiery peak right now and could generate good numbers on his own along side Hatton, should Ricky get passed Paulina,or a unification with Campbell etc.etc.A division unification........what a concept!!There is hype and then there is hysteria.

pac will happen guys. I have no doubt about it. 70-30 is good already. If the fight makes $100M.. That's $30M already for Pac. I think Pac will agree with 65-35.

I think Bob Arum has made it pretty clear:

Pac will fight De La Hoya in December. If those negotiations fall through which is unlikely at this point

Pac will fight Humberto Soto in November.

The older one. easily, noone draws more than the Golden Boy period.

Here look at this by CD sales

Oscar de la Hoya - self titled = Amazon rank # 36,171

Manny Pacquiao - Laban Nating Lahat Ito Amazon rank # 441,244

nobody actually likes hearing either one of them sing, but that just shows who is more popular.

Unless Valero takes out Manny in the first round, it's gonna be a one sided slaughter and Edwin knows that. I would prefer Soto at this stage or even Guzman if something happens to his date with Campbell.
