So rematch Dumas then. Is Charlie the only one that Kid Dunder can practice his new and improved tactics on![]()
Or put him in with Pimpin Hillbilly; that I would love to see. In fact get me a fight with Pimple Hillbilly; I'd love to kick him right in his adam's apple.
I just woke up from nappy time; I am in a foul mood![]()
I question what you're doing here Monkey. I understand things might be a little slow in West Virginia, but why invest any time with Thunder if you have any other fighters? I mean honestly, maybe you think his career has been misguided or he hasn't got any sort of training, but the fact remains that he belongs nowhere near any sort of athletic competition anywhere. And how are you training him without actually being there in real time? How are you to see that he listens to you?
That's serious. I have a brother who is 12 who is extremely, extremely gifted athletically and I try to teach him stuff I know, correct mistakes and for whatever reason it just doesn't get threw to him. I don't know why, he doesn't have a problem listening he just doesn't do anything you tell him to and if he falls into a bad habit, he won't break out of it even when he understands what the problem actually is. It's fairly bizarre, but now that I'm on the other end of the stick I see what coaches mean when they label guys as uncoachable because some people just do things there way and no one elses.
More to the point, Kid Thunder is just so bad, he has to have received some advice somewhere along the way. He's a 15 fight guy, you can't go that long without being told anything and he's so bad ANYTHING anyone told him would serve him well. He said himself he had a trainer Bobby Crabtree, what happened?
Do you honestly think you are going to make any impact at all? When he's sparring is he going to remember your words? I'm not questioning your intentions, I'm sure they are good but wouldn't they be better served on someone who you actually can work with in real time and maybe even has some athleticism to fall back on?
