Honestly, how hard is it to win an alphabet trinket? Of course he will win one.

If you are talking about being THE champ of any division, I say no.

No he is kind of like the John Mugabi of his era but not as good and not as powerful. Don't be suprised if he starts getting blown out by lesser opponents like John Mugabi did.

Don't see him beating, or being one of the better super middles in the world. Whether he is matched up softly enough to win some trinket at some point who knows, but I definetly wouldn't see him being a top 5 fighter even assuming he cant make 160 anymore.

All the top fighters at Super Middleweight are bad style match ups for him, Lucian Bute is tall and is a good outside fighter, the same with Mikkel Kessler but he is better technically than Lucian Bute.

Librado Andrade has an iron chin and is very strong, he would force Edison Miranda on the backfoot, where Edison Miranda is at his weakest which showed against Kelly Pavlik.

Not sure about Denis Inkin haven't seen enough of him, and Carl Froch is still untested and his defense is leaky. But other than that could can Edison Miranda really beat at Super Middleweight ?

If froch can beat Pascal I would love to see him fight Miranda, two explosive punchers, which will result in an excellent fight. Hes been unlucky miranda, a fully focused miranda causes problems for any fighter at 160-168 IMO.

How has Edison Miranda been unlucky ? he was beaten fair and square by Kelly Pavlik, Arthur Abraham, and he would of been very focused for the rematch against Arthur Abraham.

AA I do admit he got beaten fair and square, not in the first fight though, but fair enough he was for the rematch. He was looking over Kelly and got what he deserved. Hes still a force at 160-168 and he will be back.

Exactly, with so many belts out there, he should be able to win one of them.

Win against who though ? he can't beat Arthur Abraham or Kelly Pavlik, the only other name at 160 with a belt is Felix Sturm. And i don't think Edison Miranda is really eager to go to Germany again after his last experience.

At 168 he won't beat Mikkel Kessler, Lucian Bute, Librado Andrade, i haven't seen enough of Denis Inkin and like i said earlier Carl Froch is untested. But who do you think Edison Miranda can actually win a belt against ? because im struggling to think of any belt holder he can beat at 160/168.

If he sticks around long enough, he could get something. Is his next fight @ 175 or is he staying @ 168? If he could make 160, I could see him knocking out Sturm with one big shot. Didn't Francisco from Spain stop Sturm a while back too? Also, can we count IBO belts? He'd have a punchers chance against the winner between Manfredo & Bika.
