Being serious though i do have a chin up bar on my bedroom doorway, i have a cross trainer in the living room. I have dumbells and a barbell in my shed, along with a bench. I also got a stand outside near my garden, where i can put a speedbag up aswell as a heavy bag.

So i don't really need to go to gym often because i got most things at home. Although i do go sometimes and i also obviously go to my boxing gym 2/3 days a week.

I have a speedbag in there as well, though it's to the far left and you can't see it. Also it is not up right now as my dog Tombstone was in with me one day and decided he wanted to use it as a springpole So the bag blew up and all the poles bent Had to get new parts but never hung it back up; and watching me hit a speedbag is as ridiculous as watching Bilbo climb a mountain.

The Speedbag is not really a serious training tool for boxing Legion IMO, and it doesn't really help you get speed either. But it does help keep your arms/hands up when your in the ring, its also good for your hand-eye coordination.

I'll put up a pic in a bit.

I've got a rowing machine, a bike and weights and a bench, but most of my 'exercise' comes sitting in my leather chair in front of my pc.

I'll post up pics later when I can be bothered
