    Yea get it identified before you continue to hit anything. It's pretty easy to make a small problem a big one, or worse yet a lasting or permanant one when it comes to hands.

    but we really don't know the root cause. this may be as simple as wrapping his hands too tight which can cause very painful bone on bone rubbing, which really isn't a hand injury per se...

    try some light bag work without wraps. if the pain goes away, then we know it's that you're wrapping too tight or incorrectly. if not, then you have more serious issues.

    Yeah, I was in Galway for the Oyster festival last year and went up to Mayo. I love it over there.

    The Oyster festival is great fun.

    There are lots of decent gyms in Galway.
